STEP 1 - CONTACT US AND SEND YOUR MEDICAL DOCUMENTS
If you send us your existing or pre-existing treatment plan by another dentist, we will be able to give you an approximation of your treatment with us and its price.

STEP 2 - APPROXIMATE OFFER
Based on the orthopantomogram and your existing treatment plan, we will make you an approximate offer. We would like to emphasize that this is not the final treatment plan or the offer, because our dentists will have to perform an in-person examination before we can precisely determine what work needs to be done. The final, master treatment plan will include the number of visits and their duration.

STEP 3 - ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FIRST VISIT
We will be more than happy to assist you in arranging accomodation, transport and other activities during your first visit to Croatia.

STEP 4 - FREE FIRST IN-PERSON EXAMINATION
Once in Croatia, an in-person examination will be performed by one of our dentists, and they will create the final detailed treatment plan. If there are multiple options for your treatment, we will present and explain each of them for you to decide. Your treatment, according to the plan, can start immediately. Once the detailed treatment plan is aggreed upon, we will commit to the prices presented, and they will not change for the subsequent visits.

STEP 5 - NEXT VISITS
As you come to Croatia for the subsequent visits needed to fulfill the treatment plan, you will be charged only for the work performed during each of the visits.

STEP 6 - NEW SMILE
We believe that our task is not finished at the moment when we finish with the last visit. We will monitor your recovery closely to make sure any complications are prevented, and remind you regularly of your check-ups to ensure your smile shines for years to come.
